FOR GEORGIA
In 2026, I supported conservative policies focused on the issues that matter most to Georgia families.
Here’s what we accomplished this year:
LOWER TAXES & COSTS
Returned up to $500 per taxpayer, capped property assessment increases at 3%, increased the dependent tax deduction to $5,000, and delivered $285 million in annual utility savings for Georgia ratepayers.
STRONGER SCHOOLS
Passed the Georgia Early Literacy Act of 2026, invested nearly $100 million to put a literacy coach in every elementary school, made K–12 classrooms cell phone-free, and expanded educational choice through the Georgia Promise Scholarship.
SAFER COMMUNITIES
Increased state law enforcement pay by $9,000 over two years, strengthened penalties for human trafficking, advanced protections against repeat domestic violence offenders, and strengthened safeguards for seniors against fraud and financial exploitation.
PROTECTING GEORGIA FAMILIES
Invested more than $42.9 million in maternal healthcare, including $10 million to expand programs to every rural county; strengthened Georgia’s healthcare workforce; and protected private property rights and family farms.

FOR
FORSYTH & HALL
My first responsibility is to the people I represent in Forsyth and Hall counties. In 2026, I worked to make sure our communities had a strong voice at the State Capitol and delivered results here at home.
STRENGTHENING OUR LOCAL COURTS
I led HB 750 to add a third judge to the Forsyth County State Court, giving our growing county additional judicial capacity to meet the needs of our community.
DELIVERING PROPERTY TAX RELIEF
I joined the Hall County delegation in passing HB 1341, providing a new $10,000 homestead exemption for Hall County homeowners, and HB 1340, expanding property tax relief for Hall County seniors. Both measures give local voters the final say.
BRINGING TERM LIMITS TO THE BALLOT
Working with the Forsyth County delegation, I helped advance term limits for County Commissioners, limiting commissioners to two consecutive full terms if approved by Forsyth County voters.
ADDRESSING THE IMPACT OF GROWTH
As the new Hall County inland port brings the potential for increased truck traffic to our region, I called on GDOT to study its impact on Forsyth, Hall, and surrounding counties so our roads and infrastructure are part of the conversation as our region continues to grow.
